Optio Solutions’ Stephen Ferrar and Brenda Gonzales recently attended the Southwest Pool & Spa Show March 2, 2012 in San Antonio, Texas as guest speakers for I.P.S.S.A., Independent Pool and Spa Service Association, Inc.
San Antonio hosts this annual event because pools are a way of life in the Sunbelt and San Antonio regions. The three-day event included industry exhibitors, up-and-coming suppliers, and various educational classes.
During the show, Stephen and Brenda hosted an educational seminar on “How to Improve your Internal Collections Process” for I.P.S.S.A. members and show attendees.
Stephen has been called on multiple occasions over the past two years to speak at I.P.S.S.A.’s association meetings to provide their members with helpful information and tips on reducing in-house collection costs and speeding up their cash flow. It’s no wonder Stephen has been repeatedly asked to speak because Optio Solutions understands the importance of debt collection on cash flow management.
